Winter Restaurant Week New York City has been moved this year to February 17 – March 7, 2014. It will take place after the Super Bowl and be one week shorter than in previous years. Restaurant Week is one of my favorite times of the year, since I love a good bargain almost as much as I love good food.  It almost feels like you’re stealing…only you’re not.
