We got SOOO many questions about our new Comparable Films/Sales Projections packages - so we clearly did not do a great job explaining what they are and how they may benefit you. Let's try again.

1) There are two Sample Reports attached to this email. You can also view them here: https://courses.filmproposals.com/courses/revenue-projections/contents/5fb4081215ebc. These are the final products you will receive.

2) How it Works: If you purchase our Movie Sales Projection Package , we need 3 pieces of information from you:

Choose 10 films similar to yours from our database.
Your Production Budget as well as any Tax rebates and incentives.
Your Preferred Investor Return Rate - the default is 20% but you can change it. In the standard model, the investor will receive 100% of revenue until they have recovered 100% of their investment, plus the preferred return rate. For example, with an investment of $1,000,000 and a preferred return rate of 20%, the investor will receive all of the first $1,200,000 earned from the film by the production company (Investor Preferred Return). The default preferred return rate we use is 20%.

Nash Info Services then takes your information and returns the attached two reports to you. This shows you and your investors:

1) Your projected movie revenues

2) How you propose to pay back your investors

3) Low, Medium and High Scenarios

This is an essential piece of information you use to show your recoupment plan or distribution waterfall and it is a MUST in any business plan.

You also get MAJOR street cred by using Nash Info Services, who are known in the industry for the analysis.

You can send these professionally formatted and branded reports to your investors and copy/paste them into your business plan.

At the moment, these analyses would REPLACE the need for our Excel Financial Template, included in our Business Plan Packages. However, it does not replace any of our products like the Business Plan Template or Indie Film Pitch Deck. It just provides you with higher quality and more accurate financial projections to use with them. We'll always offer you both a lower cost option and this higher quality one.
